How It Works:
Toughened Glass: The Elite Elegant balustrade is made of toughened glass, tested to withstand wind speeds up to 138 km/h (86 mph). This post design gives you the option to use 10mm toughened, 10.76mm laminated, 11.52mm laminated, 12mm toughened, 12.76mm laminated or 13.52mm laminated glass.
Colours: Available in two popular finishes, (a) Anodised Aluminium Silver or (b) Powder Coated Anthracite RAL 7016.
Easy Installation: With pre-assembled aluminium posts and a choice of stocked glass panel widths, this cost-effective balustrade is quick and easy to install using basic tools.
Ideal for both Low-Level Installations and Install at Height:
Supplied without a handrail, it's perfect for patio and deck installations with falls no higher than 600mm, meeting building regulations loading requirements of 0.36kN when used with single toughened sheet glass such as 10mm or 12mm.
Looking to upgrade its use for balconies and at height, we recommend the use of laminated glass such as 11.52mm or 13.52mm glass to meet building regulations for use of glass railings at height without the use of an handrail, with loadings requirements of 0.74kN.
